What We Build
Different residential settings require different development decisions.
Azari is structured around residential-led property. The form can change with the land, planning context, market and operating model, so apartments, mixed-use buildings, villas, estates and hospitality-led residences are considered as distinct property types rather than variations of one template.
Residential
Apartment and multi-home developments where plan quality, privacy, circulation, daylight, storage, shared areas and building operations shape everyday ownership.
Mixed-use
Residential-led places that also contain compatible commercial or service uses. The main work is often at the interfaces: entrances, servicing, noise, public space, security and management boundaries.
Villas and estates
Lower-density settings where roads, landscape, privacy, infrastructure, boundaries and the relationship between individual homes have a larger influence on the character of the development.
Urban living
More compact city buildings where efficient plans, vertical circulation, access, servicing and the relationship to the street need to work within tighter footprints.
Hospitality-led residences
Residential property that may include selected service ideas from hospitality when staffing, cost, management and long-term delivery of those services are properly defined.
