A concise submission should identify the services offered, the people responsible, comparable work and the aspects of that work that are directly relevant to the proposed Azari appointment. Volume of credentials is less useful than clear relevance.
Be precise about scope
Deliverables, exclusions, interfaces, programme and information requirements should be explicit. Scope ambiguity usually reappears later as duplicated work, missing coordination or commercial dispute.
Plan quality and close-out
The proposal should explain how work will be reviewed, documented and handed over. For contractors, that includes inspections, samples, non-conformance close-out and records. For consultants, it includes coordinated issue, response times and final information.
