Responsible Property Marketing
Principles for presenting Azari property information clearly, proportionately and with a visible distinction between confirmed facts and future intentions.
State the status clearly
Property information should distinguish a completed fact from a concept, proposal, target, estimate or future phase. Images and labels should not create the impression that an unbuilt feature, unconfirmed service or future programme milestone already exists.
Keep material qualifications visible
Where a claim depends on availability, approval, lender terms, operating assumptions, measurement conventions or another condition, the qualification should be reasonably close to the claim and understandable without requiring the visitor to infer it from unrelated legal text.
Do not invent completeness
A project page should not manufacture prices, availability, portfolio records, yields, executive biographies, amenities or specifications simply to fill an empty field. If verified information is not available, the public presentation should remain incomplete rather than become inaccurate.
Correct meaningful changes
Development information can evolve. When a material change makes an earlier public statement misleading, the relevant public information should be corrected or withdrawn within a reasonable operational process. Archived or historical material should not be presented as the current transaction position.
