Images, plans and design material
Architectural renders, concept images, plans, furniture layouts and other visual material may communicate design intent rather than the final completed condition. Planning requirements, technical coordination, procurement, construction and product availability can result in legitimate changes.
Dimensions and specifications
Areas, dimensions, materials, finishes, landscape, furniture, appliances, equipment and specifications may be indicative unless they are expressly incorporated into the binding documents for a particular transaction. Purchasers should rely on the documents issued for that transaction rather than a general website illustration.
Availability and pricing
A property shown online is not necessarily available at the time it is viewed. Prices, payment structures, incentives and availability can change. Current information should be confirmed through the authorised enquiry, reservation or transaction process before funds are committed.
Programme and completion
Construction and completion dates may be affected by approvals, procurement, site conditions, contractor performance, utilities and other project factors. A public target date should not be treated as a contractual completion commitment unless the applicable signed documents state that commitment.
