Know the approval route
The team should identify the relevant authorities, submission stages, supporting studies and likely review periods for the actual site and proposal.
Submit coordinated information
Drawings, reports and schedules should tell the same story. Inconsistencies between architectural, engineering and supporting documents create avoidable questions and rework.
Track conditions into delivery
Approval conditions and obligations need owners, dates and evidence. A project can receive consent and still create later problems if those requirements disappear from the delivery record.
