Development practice
Construction Quality
Quality is protected through evidence on site.
Samples, inspections, trade coordination, non-conformance records and verified close-out give the team practical ways to compare installed work with the agreed standard.
Set reference work
Approved samples, mock-ups and first installations establish what repeated work should look like. They are especially useful for facade, bathroom, joinery and landscape details.
Inspect interfaces
Many defects occur where trades meet. Waterproofing, doors, services, ceilings, drainage and finishes need coordinated review instead of separate inspections that miss the junction.
Close defects visibly
A defect record should show location, responsible party, correction and reinspection. Closing an item from a message or photograph alone is not always enough for material work.
