Is ARPIP an investment fund?
No. ARPIP is a property-investment support programme around individual property opportunities and related services. It is not presented as a collective investment scheme or statutory securities prospectus.
Does Azari provide mortgages?
No. Azari can coordinate introductions and application steps with participating lenders. The lender makes the credit decision and sets the valuation, rate, fees, security and repayment terms.
Are rental returns guaranteed?
No. Rent and occupancy depend on the property, operating strategy and market. Management fees and other costs also affect what an owner receives.
Can I invest from outside Rwanda?
The programme can support an overseas investor journey, but the buyer must satisfy the legal, banking, identity and property requirements that apply to the transaction.
Can Azari guarantee resale?
No. Resale support may help prepare and market a qualifying property, but timing, price and buyer demand cannot be guaranteed.
