Anti-Bribery & Ethics
Standards expected in Azari Luxury Properties business, development and professional relationships.
Improper payments
Bribes, kickbacks, concealed commissions, facilitation payments and other improper advantages are incompatible with Azari business conduct. No commercial objective, approval, procurement result or project milestone justifies an unlawful or improperly concealed payment.
Gifts and hospitality
Business gifts and hospitality should be reasonable, transparent and appropriate to the relationship. They should not be offered or accepted where the purpose or likely effect is to improperly influence a decision, disguise a benefit or create an undisclosed obligation.
Conflicts of interest
People involved in an Azari decision should disclose material personal, financial or professional interests that could affect, or reasonably appear to affect, their impartiality. A disclosed conflict can then be assessed and managed through the appropriate decision process.
Records and escalation
Significant commercial and project decisions should have records proportionate to their importance, including who approved the decision and the basis on which it was made. Suspected bribery, fraud or serious misconduct should be escalated through appropriate management or legal channels rather than resolved informally.
